Service and Maintenance
Due to the complexity of many installations contracts with a Routine Contract which provides clients with the peace of mind that their equipment is being maintained to be enable manufacturers warranties to be retained.
All new works are automatically provided with a standard 12 months manufacturers warranty however what many fail to recognise is that without regular maintenance (i.e filter changes, the greasing of bearings, drive belt changes etc) failures will still occur. It is for this reason that Baileys offer their routine maintenance services. All services are carried out in accordance with checklists which are applicable to each item of equipment. The checklist is used during each visit and completed as each operation is carried out. On completion service reports are presented to clients for signature and a copy left on the site for future reference.
All contract customers are provided with a fully manned 24 hour emergency service telephone No 07970631550. Furthermore all engineers carry mobile communications an satellite tracker and can be contracted quickly in the event of a breakdown.
William Baileys also offers a reactive call out service for all clients based on the following rates:-
(Normal working hours 0800 - 1700hrs Monday to Friday)
Heating Services Engineers £28.00/hr
Refrigeration Engineers £32.00/hr
All hours worked outside these hours would be charged at time and a half with Sunday and Bank Holidays charged at double time.
Transport (to and from site) £0.45/mile
In addition to the service call out facility Baileys also have a small work department which deals with all systems breakdowns where either repair or replacement work undertaken. This ultimately provides clients with the complete services from initial inception right through to service call out and maintenance.
Similarly being watermark registered William Baileys can self administer all new incoming mains cold water installations to boundary meter connections along with providing all necessary certification.
